Røros Museum considers that much of its work can best be organised into projects. The projects can vary from large expensive undertakings running over several years to much smaller internal projects, costing only a few thousand kroner. The advantage gained from organising the work into projects is, that it sets focus and leads to better control of resources, funds and progress.
The majority of projects are related to the preservation of buildings, but we also have development projects in many other areas. From time to time on this website we will present summaries of the different projects with which the museum is involved.
